The festival operates cashless - using the NFCtron system. Here are a few tips on how to enjoy the festival from the first minute and avoid unnecessary queues at the top-up stations:
Top up your credit online BEFORE the festival
We recommend topping up your credit online before the festival starts (by 16.08. 12:00) through the NFCtron website
or through the NFCtron mobile app (iOS only) - without fees and no need to visit the
top-up station at the festival! After the festival starts, online credit top-up will no longer be possible.
So top up a bit more rather than less, so you don't have to top up again at the festival.
You can always request a refund of any remaining balance back to your bank account.
If you purchased a ticket on lovestream.sk or ticketportal.sk, simply enter the ticket code in the NFCtron shopping cart!

With the app, you'll have an overview of your credit balance and all transactions at the festival.
You can rate your orders here and easily refund your credit back to your bank account after the event.

You will receive a wristband with a chip
You will receive it upon entry, and your pre-purchased credit will be securely stored on it.
It will be your digital wallet for paying for all drinks,
food, and attractions at the festival. Cash and card payments will not be possible in the area.
On-site top-up
Need more credit? No problem, just visit the marked top-up stations at the
festival and top up your wristband with cash or by card.
For the first top-up at the festival, a fee of €2 is charged.
Refunding unused credit
If you have any remaining balance, you can easily request a refund back to your bank account
within 14 days after the event, directly through the NFCtron app.
